Our Journey

The Ignite HR and Employment Law journey took its first steps in late 2019, under the name Karen Ansen Consulting. Well-known in the realm of Employment Law, Karen Ansen leveraged her name to gain business momentum. Now with a team of 4, and growing, Karen Ansen Consulting has grown to be bigger than a name. Ignite HR and Employment Law represents a spark, whether that be the synergy of our team, an idea, or building capability through others, it is a fresh energy that we bring to each interaction or piece of work we deliver.
